Tyreek Hill's Wife Keeta Appears in Swimsuit in Love
Keeta Hill is feeling the love for her NFL star husband in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post, the WAG shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while enjoying a day at the beach with Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill. "Goals," commented one of her followers about the loved up series of Instagram images. How does the beauty approach health and fitness? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.
Keeta is a fan of Pilates. She even did a certificate training program so she could teach classes. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.
Keeta also enjoys running, both outdoors and on the treadmill. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.
Keeta is an exercise influencer and regularly shares videos of her workouts. She even started a fitness brand, Own Flow, sharing diet and fitness content with her followers. Most of her workouts involve heavy weights and lots of various body weight moves. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Keeta also does yoga. "Moving with intention," she captioned a post of herself showing off her moves. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."
Keeta stays active while on vacation with the help of jet skiing. "Juicy water & Jet skis," she captioned this post. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.
In the winter, you can find Keeta improving her snowboarding skills. "First time snow boarding," she captioned a video. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. "Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles," they say. "Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."
