Shannon Sharpe makes a bold Bible reference to Stephen A. Smiths NSFW rant towards Jason Wh

The Stephen A. Smith–Jason Whitlock beef is starting to heat up. The former ESPN colleagues have been at each other’s throats recently. On his ‘Fearless with Jason Whitlock’ podcast, the analyst insinuated that Smith lied in his memoir, Straight Shooter. The face of ESPN did not hold back while talking about Whitlock as he went on to slam the pundit in an expletive-filled rant.

The First Take host called Whitlock a “b******” and a “piece of s***.” Smith claimed that he has made an effort to stay away from bringing up Whitlock specifically for the past ten years, but in light of the latter’s recent remarks, he felt compelled to react. The analyst’s First Take co-host, Shannon Sharpe urged Smith to not pay attention to Whitlock.

Sharpe said on his podcast, the Nightcap with Chad Johnson:

If you look at career-wise, you look at where Stephen A. is and you look at the guy that he was talking about. Stephen A. is up here. (Whitlock) is (down) here, or even lower.

He also went on to reference the Bible while talking about the beef. When Johnson referenced the Bible and said:

If somebody slap you, turn the other cheek.

However, Sharpe responded as:

That's in the Bible, I ain't in there!

Stephen A. Smith and Jason Whitlock have a long-standing rivalry. Whitlock once said that Smith was “installed” on ESPN as an analyst. Additionally, he has repeatedly made cheap jabs at Smith on his podcast. It looks like this beef will carry on for some time.

The Stephen A. Smith show was the source of yet another Stephen A. Smith rant. This time, the recipient was Jason Whitlock, the former ESPN analyst. Both Smith and Whitlock share a long-standing feud and it boiled over, when the face of the ESPN show, First Take went on an NSFW rant on the ‘Fearless with Jason Whitlock’ host.

Smith said on his show:

Jason Whitlock. I said that name. It’s not a name I’ve uttered. I normally don’t do that. But it’s necessary to do now. I’ve had enough of that fat b******, that piece of s***... Don’t ever call me about him again. I’m a very forgiving person – not with him. … I hate this b****** far more than a little bit. He is Cain. He is a devil. The worst. That’s all I have to say.

Whitlock responded with a Tweet saying:

I knew Stephen A. was limited. I didn't know he was this limited. I'm starting to feel sorry for him. I beat up a baby seal.

Both these pundits have thrown verbal jabs at each other for a long time now and it seems like it will continue further as well.
