Roadwork on Ustick Rd. and State St. will impact commuters starting this week

BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — ACHD reports road closures in Boise that will impact commuters.

Beginning Tuesday, August 22, Ustick Road will be closed between Kelly Way and Ustick Circle for underground utility work by Capitol Water and Veolia. Work is anticipated to be completed and roadways reopen by the end of the following week, weather permitting. The recommended detour is to take Fairview around the impacted area.

Beginning Wednesday, August 23, State Street will be closed between 2nd and 4th streets in downtown Boise for an ACHD project. Commuters should use Jefferson or Washington Street. The roadwork is expected to last through the end of October.
