There are over 200 demon slayer characters in the Demon Slayer anime series, bringing something new to the plate with their variety of personalities throughout the series. While the series has 38 episodes, which is much shorter than a regular shonen, only six characters are featured in over 20 episodes of Demon Slayer series, with only one character appearing in 37 episodes.

Demon Slayer has been one of the most popular anime series since its TV premiere in 2019. This is not surprising considering the fantastic plot story, suspense, intense fight scenes, stunning visuals, and the plethora of demon slayer characters who have dazzled fans with their fascinating power and interesting personalities.

The series, which earned the “Best Anime” and “Anime of the Year” awards, presents the story of a young boy named Tanjiro Kamado who becomes a Demon Slayer after he returns home to find his entire family murdered save for his sister, Nezuko, who transformed into a demon.

Demon Slayers Male Characters

1. Tanjiro Kamado

Tanjiro Kamado is the main character of the “Demon Slayer” anime series. He is the first-born son of the Kamado family whose life turned into a nightmare after he returned from his trade of selling charcoal to discover that his family had been brutally murdered by the demon ruler Muzan Kibutsuji.

Faced with the loss of his dear ones and driven by anger, Tanjiro joined the Demon Slayer Corps with the resolve to find a cure to transform his only surviving sister, Nezuko, who had turned into a demon, back to human. He also wanted to defeat the heartless demon ruler, Muzan.

2. Zenitsu Agatsuma

Zenitsu Agatsuma is one of the six main characters in the anime series and a member of the Demon Slayer Corps who uses the Thunder Breathing technique. He is a close friend of Tanjiro, Nezuko, and Inosuke and is considered a coward despite his powerful abilities.

Though he was forced to join the Demon Slayers Corps to pay his debt, his cowardly personality hinders him from utilizing his abilities while in a conscious state. Over the course of the series, he learns to overcome his fear, and he matures to the point of developing a new thunder breathing technique.

3. Inosuke Hashibira

Inosuke Hashibira is one of Kimetsu no Yaiba’s main characters in Demon Slayers. He is a member of the Demon Slayer Corps who uses a self-taught Beast Breathing along with two serrated swords in battle. He is notably known for the hollowed-out bear head he wears as a mask in honor of his mother, Katoha Hashibira, who was murdered by the upper Moon Two demon, Doma of the Twelve Kizuki.

4. Genya Shinazugawa

Genya Shinazugawa is one of the main characters of Demon Slayers. He is a Demon Slayer and the younger brother of Sanemi Shinazugawa, the wind Hashira. Like Tanjiro and Inosuke, he also has a tragic story as he witnessed his demonized mother murder his siblings.

5. Akaza

Akaza is Demon Slayer’s major supporting antagonist and the best-written character in the series. He introduced himself in the Demon Slayer: Mugen Train Movie as a demon holding the third highest rank, Upper-rank Three with the Twelve Kizuki. His backstory has made him a more pitiful character than even the main character.

Akaza was once human by the name of Hakuji, a prestigious martial artist under Keizo whose desperate desire for power was to kill everyone after the death of his master, Keizo, and his fiancée Koyuki.

6. Aoba Hashibira

Aoba Hashibira is a well-known botanist involved in researching the Blue Spider Lily. He is the great-grandson of Inosuke Hashibira, Aoi Kanzaki, and Kotoha Hashibira, and shares a striking resemblance with Inosuke, with both having feminine features. Despite the similarities in appearance, Aoba is presented as a timid and brilliant personality, in contrast to Inosuke’s haughtiness.

7. Doma

Doma is an Upper Rank 2 demon of the Twelve Demon Moons and the most loyal of demon Muzan’s subjects. As the third strongest demon in existence, Doma gained his power and strength through the Eternal Paradise Faith, a cult he took control of to attract unsuspecting humans to feast on.

8. Enmu

Enmu is one of Muzan’s twelve demons, holding the position of lower rank one in the Twelve Kizuki. He is a sadistic demon who played the primary antagonist in Demon Slayer: The Movie-Mugen train. After fusing with the train, he used his Blood Demon Art sleep inducement and Dream Manipulation to manipulate passengers’ dreams and eat them.

9. Flute Demon

The Flute Demon is a sadistic and homicidal demon who enjoys horrific situations like sucking out the internal organs of multiple children and murdering demon slayers. He made an exclusive appearance in Special One-Shot as the demon who desired to join the Twelve Kizuki. He has the ability to cause nervous system disruption and wolf manipulation when his flute is played.

10. Giichi Tomioka

Giichi Tomioka is the descendant of Giyu Tomioka and a student at the same swimming school as his two best friends, Sabito and Makomo. Giichi shares a striking resemblance to his ancestor, Giyu, with both having unruly black hair of uneven lengths and deep sapphire irises. However, unlike his ancestor’s reserved personality, Giich is a cheerful and generous character.

11. Giyu Tomioka

Giyu Tomioka is the Water Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps and one of the highest-ranking combatants of the franchise. He suffers from intense survivor’s guilt after his sister saved him from a demon at the cost of her own life.

12. Goto

Goto is a member of the Kakushi; a clean-up bridge of the Demon Slayers who admires the bravery and capability of Tanjiro Kamado, Inosuke Hashibira, and Zenitsu Agatsuma. He was the one who found near-dead Tanjiro, Inosuke, and Zenitsu in the aftermath of the Entertainment District Arc.

13. Gyokko

Gyokko is one of the most horrendous-looking demons with an unusual number of limbs in the Twelve Kizuki. He appeared in the swordsmith Village Arc of Demon Slayer alongside Hantengu. As the holder of the fifth highest position in the twelve Kizuki, he possesses immense power with the ability to summon sea creatures. He also has the power to teleport through pots and regenerate and transform cells.

14. Gyomei Himejima

Gyomei Himejima is the stone Hashira and the strongest Hashira in the entire Demon Slayer Corps. Despite his intimating appearance, he is the gentlest of the demon slayers and has high regard for living things to the point that he dislikes slaying demons. He showed pity on Tanjiro and Nezuko after meeting them, even though Nezuko was a demon.

15. Gyutaro

Gyutaro holds the position of the Upper Rank Six demon in the Twelve Kizuki alongside his younger sister, Daki. He is the stronger sibling of the two, having killed 15 Hashira in the past, including the strongest and most skilled Demon Slayers.

16. Hairo

Hairo is the second highest among the Lower Ranks in the Twelve Kizuki. He possesses incredible swordsmanship skills, extraordinary regenerative abilities, and can manipulate shadows. He possesses immense anger management issues, which led him to the point of shooting himself in the head.

17. Hand Demon

The Hand Demon is a ruthless demon who is considered the most powerful of his kin in Mt.Fujikasane, having killed 13 of Sakonji Urokodaki’s appearances, including Sabito and Makoma, as well as at least 50 humans.

18. Hantengu

Hantengu is a weak demon who holds the position of the Upper-Rank Four. He has a timid personality and is easily frightened by what is occurring in his surroundings. Despite his timid nature, he is extremely powerful and can create four clones of himself, all possessing different emotions and strengths.

19. Horned Demon

The Horned demon is a demon that lived in the Tsuzumi Mansion. He is pretty confident in his abilities, but it later puts him at a disadvantage in his fight with Inosuke.

20. Hotaru Haganezuka

Hotaru is a swordsmith with the Demon Slayer Corps. He is a hot-blooded individual who is uninterested in anything besides his swords. He played an instrumental role in defeating Hantengu by finishing Tanjiro’s blade in time for Tanjiro to kill the demon.

21. Jigoro Kuwajim

Jigoro Kuwajim is the instructor who trained Zenitsu and Kigaku as the former thunder Hashira. He has an unwavering dedication towards his student and was strict in training. He was extremely saddened after his former student, Kaigaku, joined the Twelve Kizuki after betraying the Demon Slayers Corps.

22. Kagaya Ubuyashiki

Kagaya Ubuyashiki is the Ubuyashiki family’s patriarch and the 97th Demon Slayer Corps Commander, otherwise known as Oyakata-sama. He is a distant relative of Muzan, and due to this, his entire bloodline carries a curse that manifests as a disease that kills them before the age of 30. He has a calm personality and often shows concern for the Demon Slayers, even treating them as his children.

23. Kaigaku

Kaigaku is a young demon who attains the Upper Rank of Six after the death of Daki and Gyutaro. Before he transitioned into a demon, he was formerly a Demon Slayer and Zenitsu” senior disciple under the former Thunder Hashira, Jigoro Kuwajima.

24. Kamanue

Kamanue was a demon holding the Lower Rank six position in the Twelve Kizuki. He often wears a scared expression, perhaps because he is the weakest demon of the lower ranks. He was later killed by Muzan because the latter thought he was disagreeing with him.

25. Kanata Kamado

Kanata is the older brother of Sumihiko Kamado and the great-great-grandson of Tanjiro Kamado and Kanao Tsuyuri. He attends the same school alongside his brother Toko and Yoshiteru Agatsuma.

26. Kazumi

Kazumi is a young man and a non-slayer whose fiancee Satoko was kidnapped and eaten by the Swamp Demon.

27. Keizo

Keizo was a middle-aged man and owner of a martial arts dojo that taught Soryu fighting style. He was Akaza’s master before Akaza turned into a demon.

28. Kiriya Ubuyashiki

Kiriya Ubuyashiki is the only son and middle child of Kagaya Ubuyashiki. As the family’s only son, he was made the head of the Ubuyashiki family and was promoted to the commander of the Demon Slayer Corps after his father’s death.

29. Kiyoshi

Kiyoshi is the older brother of Teruko and Shoichi, who gets kidnapped by the Tsuzumi Mansion Demon, Kyogai. He bravely and intelligently fought against three demons trying to devour him. While he is an ordinary human, he has a rare constitution called ‘Marechi’ which, according to the demons, is more nutritious than an average person’s blood.

30. Kokushibo

Kokushibo is one of the most powerful demons holding the title of the upper one rank. He is also the oldest demon in the Demon Slayer series. Kokushibo was formerly a demon slayer by the name Michikatsu Tsugikuni and the older twin brother of Yoriichi Tsugikuni.

31. Kotetsu

Kotetsu is a 10-year-old orphan from the swordsmith village who inherits his family’s mechanical doll called Yoriichi Type zero.

32. Kozo Kanamori

Kozo Kanamori is one of the swordsmiths who makes swords for the Demon Slayer Corps. He is much calmer than Hotaru and can understand Hotaru’s hot-blooded nature. Despite his soft-spoken and gentle personality, he is prone to get angry, especially if it involves his swords, as seen when he gets furious and berates Inosuke upon seeing him use a rock to chip his swords.

33. Kyogai

Kyogai, known as the drum demon, was a former Lower Six demon of the Twelve Kizuki. He was stripped of his rank by Muzan for reaching his “limit’” and being too weak. His eye, which had the kanji number six, was slashed by Muzan, indicating that he was no longer of the Twelve Kizuki.

34. Kyogo Shinazugawa

Kyogo Shinazugawa is the abusive husband of Shizu Shinazugawa. The pair are parents to seven children, including Genya and Sanemi Shinazugawa.

35. Kyojuro Rengoku

Kyojuro Rengoku is the Flame Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps and the third strongest Hashira. He is very passionate about his duties as the Flame Hashira, a title he inherited from his father, and has always adhered to the rules of moral standards that were installed into him by his mother from a young age. During the Mugen Train Arc, he succumbed to an injury inflicted o him by Akaza after sacrificing his life to save Tanjiro and Inosuke.

36. Masachika Kumeno

Masachika Kumeno was a Demon Slayer who shared a close brotherly relationship with Wind Hashira Sanemi Shinazugawa. He is a powerful swordsman who defeated the most powerful of the Lower Ranks demon alongside Sanemi.

37. Matazo

Matazo is the father of Yae, who was transformed into a demon before the beginning of Giyu Tomiaka’s Story.

38. Muichiro Tokito

Muichiro Tokito is the Mist Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps. He and his brother Yuichiro Tokito are descendants of the Upper-Rank One demon, Kokushibo. He is regarded as one of the franchise’s most influential and skilled swordsmen. This was seen when he defeated Gyokko, an Upper-Rank Five demon, singlehandedly.

39. Murata

Murata is a member of the Demon Slayers Corps who was sent to Natagumo mountain to exterminate the demons there. Like Tanjiro, before becoming a demon slayer, his entire family was killed by demons. Similarly, he uses the same Water Breathing technique as Tanjiro, but he is very weak at it.

40. Muzan Kibutsuji

Muzan Kibutsuji is Demon Slayer’s main antagonist and the archenemy of Tanjiro and Nezuko. He was responsible for the Kamado family’s death and transforming Nezuko into a demon.

41. Nagakura

Nagakura is a member of the Demon Slayer Corps with average demon slayer abilities. He was shown to have been killed by Muzan’s attacks while protecting Tanjiro Kamado.

42. Obanai Iguro

Obanai Iguro is the Serpent Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps. He is presented as a sucker for rules as he shows no concern for those who do not abide by Demon Slayer Rules. His immense sense of self-loathing prevents him from confessing his love to Mitsuri, and in the end, they both died together.

43. Rokuro

Rokuro was a member of the Twelve Kizuki, having held the Lower Rank two position in the organization. Muzan killed him during the purging of the lower ranks after he asked for a portion of Muzan’s blood to gain more power.

44. Rokuta Kamado

Rokuta Kamado is the youngest brother of our protagonist, Tanjiro Kamado, who Muzan Kibutsuji killed.

45. Rui

Rui is a demon with the Twelve Kizuki holding the position of lower Rank five. He was Tanjiro’s first true encounter with a demon, leaving a deep impression on Tanjiro and Nezuko during their journey to Mount Natagumo. While he is not an upper-rank demon, he wields great strength that easily enables him to conquer numerous demons of mount Natagumo and force them to become his family members.

46. Sabito

Sabito is regarded as the most powerful apprentice of Sakonji Urokodaki. He was an excellent swordsman skilled in water breathing and a strict mentor who trained Tanjiro Kamado in his preparations for the final selection exam.

47. Saburo

Saburo is a villager from the village near Tanjiro’s home. He is an ordinary human who lost his family to man-eating demons. He offers Tanjiro to stay at his home during the night Tanjiros family was attacked by Muzan.

48. Sakonji Urokodaki

Sakonji is a retired member of the Demon Slayers Corps and a former water Hashira. He was the main cultivator of the Water Breathing style and trained other Demon Slayers like Tanjiro Kamado, Sabito, Makoma, and Giyu Tomioka.

49. Sanehiro Shinazugawa

Sanehiro Shinazugawa is a police officer and the descendant of Sanemi Shinazugawa. He bore a striking resemblance to his ancestor Sanemi.

50. Sanemi Shinazugawa

Sanemi Shinazugwa is the wind Hashira and older brother of Genya Shinazugawa, a demon slayer who fought alongside Tanjiro Kamado and Nezuko Kamado. Before becoming an Hashira, he defeated former lower-rank one, Ubume, alongside his partner Masachika Kumeno, who also lost his life in the battle.

51. Senjuro Rengoku

Senjuro Rengoku is the son of Shinjuro Rengoku and Ruka Rengoku. He is the younger brother of flame Hashira Kyojuro Rengoku and his successor, but due to his lack of skill, he decides to give up becoming a demon slayer and help people in other ways.

52. Shigeru Kamado

Shigeru Kamado is our protagonist, Tanjiro Kamado’s second youngest brother, who Muzan Kibutsuji killed.

53. Shinjuro Rengoku

Shinjuro Rengoku is formerly the flame Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps. He is the husband of Ruka Rengoku and the father of Kyojuro Rengoku and Senjuro Regoko.

54. Shoichi

Shoichi is a young boy around age 8-10 who was saved by Tanjiro Kamado and Zenitsu Agatsuma when the pair approached him to help his older brother, Kiyoshi escape the Drum house.

55. Slasher

Slasher is a ruthless demon who derives sadistic pleasure in killing and eating humans. He appeared during the investigation of the Mugen Train and was responsible for the death of several humans, but Kyojuro Rengoku eventually subdued him.

56. SpiderDemon (Father)

Spider Demon is a member of the Spider family with superhuman strength and the ability to peel off his outer sin to transform into a more powerful form with increased physical strength and healing abilities. Though he does not belong to the Twelve Kizuki, Inosuke and Tanjiro had a hard time fighting him, but Giyu eventually killed him.

57. Spider Demon (Son)

Spider Demon (Son) is a member of the Spider family that can attack with venom that disintegrates anything it touches. During the Mount Natagumo Arc, Zenitsu Agatsuma was shown to sever his neck after a fierce battle that ensued between the parties.

58. Sumihiko Kamado

Sumihiko Kamado is the great-great-grandson of Tanjiro Kamado and Kanao Tsuyuri. He takes after Tanjiro in personality and appearance as he is presented as a kind young student living in the 21st century.

59. Sumiyoshi

Sumiyoshi is an ancestor of the Kamado family who looked like an unscarred older version of Tanjiro Kamado with the same facial appearance. He is a close friend of the Sun breathing user Yorrichi Tsugikuni.

60. Swamp Demon

Swamp Demon was the demon responsible for the rash kidnappings of young women during Tanjiro Kamado’s first mission as a Demon Slayer. He attempts to eat girls before they go beyond 16 years of age.

61. Takaharu

Takaharu is a young man in his late teens or early to late twenties that was introduced in Inosuke’s fairy tale. He is the grandson of the villager who taught Inosuke how to speak.

62. Takeo Kamado

Takeo Kamado was the second oldest son of the Kamado family after Tanjiro Kamado. He is the younger brother of Tanjiro Kamado, who Muzan Kibutsuji killed. He appeared in Tanjiro’s memory during the entertainment district while Tanjiro was fighting against Daki.

63. Takeuchi

Takeuchi is a member of the Demon Slayer Corps deployed in the Infinity Castle and a survivor of Muzan’s Massacre. He is a very selfless person as he offers his life to help Yushiro. He also provides medical help to his comrades.

64. Tanjuro Kamado

Tanjuro Kamado is the father of Tanjiro Kamado, Nezuko Kamado, Takeo Kamado, Hanako Kamado, Shigeru Kamado, and Rokuta Kamado. He died after suffering from an illness before Muzan Kibutsuji killed his family. He can use the sun-breathing style, and he passed down the dance and Yoriichi’s earrings to his son.

65. Tecchin Tecchikawahara

Tecchin is an elderly man regarded as the swordsmith village’s chief. As the chief, he is in charge of assigning a swordsmith to each member of the Demon Slaying Corps. He is a skilled swordsmith who took Hotaru in and raised him after the latter became difficult for his parents to raise.

66. Temple Demon

Temple Demon was the first demon Tanjiro Kamado encountered that ruthlessly took a human’s life. He was the demon attacking travellers at a small temple hut on the path that leads to Mount Sagiri.

67. Tengen Uzui

Tengen Uzui was a former Sound Hashira and a member of the Demon Slayer Corps. During the Entertainment arc, he fought against Daki and Gyutaro alongside Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke.

68. Tenma Uzui

Tenma Uzui is a professional gymnast who earned the gold medal in gymnastics for Japan during the Olympics. He is the descendant of Tengen Uzui and bears a striking resemblance to him.

69. Tetsuido

Tetsuido was a swordsmith in the Demon Slayers Corps who died from a heart attack. Before his death, he was responsible for Muichiro Tokito’s swords.

70. Tojuro Rengoku

Tojuro Rengoku is a teenage student who attends the same school as the descendants of Kamado and Agatsuma. He is the descendant of Senjuro Rengoku, and he does share a striking resemblance with both his ancestor Senjuro and his brother Kyojuro.

71. Tongue Demon

Tongue Demon was a demon who lived in the Tsuzumi Mansion. He and Kyogai, alongside a third demon, attempted to devour Kiyoshi for his Marechi blood, but Zenitsu eventually beheaded him.

72. Toyo

Toyo is an Udon Street Vendor who lives in Asakusa, Tokyo, where he was born and raised. He is very passionate about his udon, which is seen when he becomes agitated after Tanjiro discarded his bowl of udon without eating.

73. Wakuraba

Wakura was a member of the Twelve Kizuki who held the position of Lower Rank three. Muzan killed him after he was summoned to the Infinity Castle and attempted to escape during the purging of the lower rank members.

74. Yahaba

Yahaba was a demon who desired to gain Muzan Kibutsuji’s approval to become a member of the Twelve Kizuki. He fought against Tanjiro Kamado, Nezuko, Tamayo, and Yushiro during the Asakusa arc before Tanjiro eventually killed him.

75. Yoriichi Tsugikuni

Yoriichi Tsugikuni is the strongest demon slayer that ever existed in the series, having lived during the Sengoku Era. He is known as the originator of breathing styles, creating the first ever breathing style that later became the Hinokami Kagura used by the Kamado family.

76. Yoshiteru Agatsuma

Yoshiteru Agatsuma is a teenage student who is the great-grandson of Zenitsu Agatsuma and Nezuko Kamado, as well as the younger brother of Toko Agatsuma.

77. Yuichiro Tokito

Yuichiro Tokito was the older twin brother of Demon Slayer and Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito. He succumbed to the injury inflicted on him by a demon while trying to protect his brother.

78. Yushiro

Yushiro is Tamayo’s travelling companion and a close ally of Tanjiro Kamado. He was transformed into a demon by Tamayo when he was in a frail state, fighting for his life. He and Tamayo joined hands with the demon slayer corps to help defeat Muzan during the Infinity Castle Arc and Sunrise Countdown Arc.

Demon Slayers Female Characters

1. Nezuko Kamado

Nezuko Kamado is one of the main protagonists of the Demon Slayer. She is the younger sister of Tanjiro Kamado and one of the strongest female demons in the series. She was transformed into a demon after Muzan Kibutsuji attacked her entire family. Still, unlike other demons, she shows human thoughts and emotions, often putting her demon abilities to great use, fighting alongside her brother to kill demons and protect humans.

2. Kanao Tsuyuri

Kanao Tsuyuri is one of the crucial members of the Demon Slayer of the Demon Slayers Corps. She is a skilled fighter who grew up in an abusive household before being adopted by the Kocho Sisters. Kanao is the protégé of Shinobu Kocho, the current insect Hashira and is being trained as a successor to the Hashira. Later in the series, she is revealed to have married Tanjiro.

3. Akeno Tsugikuni

Akeno Tsugikumi was the creator of the hanafuda earrings that Tanjiro Kamado wears, which was passed down from Yoriichi. She was the mother of twin boys Michikatsu and Yoriichi.

4. Amane Ubuyashiki

Amane Ubuyashiki, who goes by the maiden name Amane Himorogi, is the wife and Caretaker of Kagaya Ubuyashiki. She is the mother of quintuplets Nichika Ubuyashiki, Kuina Ubuyashiki Hinaki Ubuyashiki, and Kanata Ubuyashiki. Later on, in the series, she died in the explosion in the Ubuyashiki estate.

5. Aoi Kanzaki

Aoi Kanzaki is a Demon slayer in the Demon Slayer Corps and one of Shinobu’s students. Despite passing the exam to become a demon slayer, she chose to work as a helper at the Butterfly Mansion, treating injured Demon Slayers rather than fighting against demons.

6. Daki

Daki is an Upper-Rank Six demon with the Twelve Kizuki and Gyuutaro’s younger sister. She was introduced as one of the main villains of the Demon Slayer’s Entertainment arc alongside her brother. She has a tragic backstory as she was a courtesan who was burned alive only to be saved by her brother Gyutaro on her deathbed.

7. Fuku

Fuku is the granddaughter of Tomi and a bento Vendor for a train station supporting the Mugen Train.

8. Hanako Kamado

Hanako Kamado is the fourth child of the Kamado family and the youngest sister of Tanjiro Kamado, who Muzan Kibutsuji killed. She adores her oldest brother and sometimes likes to seek his attention. She was upset when their mother forbade her from following him to the village.

9. Hinaki Ubuyashiki

Hinaki Ubuyashiki is the oldest of the quintuplets born Kagaya Ubuyashiki and Amane Ubuyashiki. She was sitting beside her father while he was informed of the attack of the spider family on the Demon Slayers during the Mount Natagumo Arc.

10. Hinatsuru

Hinatsuru is a Kunoichi and the third wife of Tenzen Uzui. As a Kunoichi, she strategically and fearlessly infiltrated the Entertainment district alongside her fellow wives to obtain information on the demons lurking in the district.

11. Hisa

Hisa is an old lady who welcomes Demon Slayers into her house. After Demon Slayers saved her family, they started a free guest house as a token of appreciation. Tanjiro and his group visited Hisa’s house after they fought with Kyogai at the drum house.

12. Kanae Kocho

Kanae Kocho is the former Flower Hashira of the Demon Slayers Corps and one of the strongest female demon slayers of all time. She is the biological older sister of Shinobu Kocho and the adoptive sister of Kanao Tsuyuri. She succumbed to the injuries inflicted on her during her battle with the upper-rank two demons, Doma.

13. Kanata Ubuyashiki

Kanata Ubuyashiki is the youngest of the quintuplets born to Kagaya Ubuyashiki. She and her older brother are the lucky survivors of the Ubuyashiki household. She worked as a conductor of the final selection exam alongside her older brother, Kiriya Ubuyashiki, the current head of the Ubuyashiki household.

14. Kie Kamado

Kie Kamado is the wife of Tanjuro Kamado and the mother of Tanjiro Kamado, Nezuko Kamado, and four other children. After the death of her husband, she managed the family until Muzan Kibutsuji killed her.

Kiyo Terauchi is a kind and cheerful girl who works as a servant of the Butterfly Mansion after her family was killed by demons.

16. Koinatsu

Koinatsu is the gorgeous and graceful Oiran of the Tokito House. She is the highest-ranking courtesan in Yoshiwara District and one of the most respected ladies in all of Yoshiwara.

17. Kotoha Hashibira

Kotoha Hashibira was one of the most beautiful female characters in the series, and even Doma was tempted to get married to her. She is the mother of Inosuke Hashibira, who Doma killed after dropping Inosuke from the cliff to save his life.

18. Koyuki

Koyuki was the daughter of Kaizo, who was born sickly and with a weak body. She was bedridden for most of her life and was treated by Hakuji.

19. Kuina Ubuyashiki

Kuina Ubuyashiki is the third daughter and the fourth child of Kagaya Ubuyashiki. After her father’s death, she serves her older brother, Kiriya Ubuyashiki, the head of the Ubuyashiki household. During the Infinity Castle Arc, she assists her brother and sister draw a map of the infinity fortress.

20. Makio

Makio is a Kunoichi and one of Tenzen Uzui’s wives. She is a very capable Kunoichi who successfully carries out the undercover work in the entertainment district arc alongside her fellow wives. She also helped out Tengen and Tanjiro during their fight against Daki.

21. Makomo

Makomo was an orphan girl who was adopted and trained by Sakonji Urokodaki. She was killed by a morphed demon during the final selection test alongside another student named Sabito.

22. Mitsuri Kanroji

Mitsuri Kanroji is the love Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps and a former student of Kyojuro Rengoku. She is one of the strongest female demon slayers in the organization, having fought against Hantengu, Nakime, and Muzan during the swordsmith Village Arc, Infinity village Arc, and Sunrise Countdown Arc. She died during the final battle against Muzan after confessing her love for Obanai Iguro.

23. Mukago

Mukago was a member of the Twelve Kizuki, having held the position of Lower Rank Four. She is one of the lower rank members who Muzan slew after being summoned to Infinity Castle.

24. Naho Takada

Naho Takada is one of the servants of the butterfly mansion who was taken in by Shinobu and Kanae Kocho after demons killed her family. She helped in treating Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke after becoming wounded during their battle on Mount Natagumo.

25. Nakime

Nakime, otherwise known as Biwa Demon, was initially a demon who served Muzan Kibutsuji by summoning other demons into Infinity Castle under his command. However, after the death of Hantengu, she was promoted to the position of Upper Rank four in the Twelve Kizuki.

Nichika Ubuyashiki is the second oldest quintuplets of Kagaya Ubuyashiki. She sacrifices herself alongside her sister, father, and mother in the explosion of the Ubuyashiki Mansion.

Shizu was the wife of Kyogo and the mother of seven children, including Sanemi and Genya Shinazugawa.

Spider Demon (Daughter) was a member of the Spider family who was introduced in episode 19 of the series in the Spider Mountain Arc. She can create acidic prisons of web-like thread that dissolve her enemies and convert them into food. Though she appears powerful, she lacks the will to kill and is eventually killed by the insect Hashira, Shinobu.

36. Spider Demon (Mother)

Spider Demon (Mother) is a member of the Spider family who was forced to assume the role of “mother” in the Spider family. She was the most powerful member of the Spider family with a heartbreaking back story which resulted in her living in fear of Rui. However, during the Mount Natagumo Arc, she surrendered herself to Tanjiro.

37. Suma

Suma is a Kunoichi and the youngest amongst Tengen Uzui’s three wives. She is a dramatic woman who makes for some comic relief due to her tendency to overreact in dire situations. She is a very skilled Kunoichi as she manages to pull a successful investigation with the other wives during the Entertainment District Arc.

38. Sumi Nakahara

Sumi Nakahara is one of the servants of the Butterfly mansion who takes care of the injuries of Demon Slayers. She helped Tanjiro, Inosuske, and Zenitsu recover from their injuries after their battle in Mount Natagumo.
