Developers to break ground on 150,000 sq. foot building at Eagle View Landing in Meridian
MERIDIAN, Idaho (CBS2) — Ground will be broken on another large piece of developmental property along Interstate-84 near Eagle Road.
Ball Ventures Ahlquist on Wednesday said developers will break ground on Friday for a new 150,000 square-foot office building at the new Eagle View Landing area, which is the same site as the under-construction Topgolf facility.
The new tenants will be POWER Engineers, which will have roughly 500 employees in the building once finished.
“With such a prominent, nationally respected, and renowned company like POWER joining the site, Eagle View Landing is quickly becoming a landmark development in the Treasure Valley,” said Tommy Ahlquist, CEO of BVA. “It has been thrilling to see Topgolf pylons and several hundred thousand square feet of office space begin construction along I-84the last few months. We could not be more pleased to have POWER join ICCU, Topgolf, and Kiln as a major anchor tenant to the site.”
Two hotels and nearly 400 multifamily housing units are also in the works at Eagle View Landing.
