Cameron Brink exposes Stephen Currys unknown side from hilarious childhood incident
There have been times when Golden State Warriors Stephen Curry has shown his humorous side to NBA fans.
However, apparently, the star has been quite the character ever since his childhood. Curry’s god sister and Los Angeles Sparks player Cameron Brink recently revealed a hilarious story about the sharpshooter.
Cameron Brink appeared as a guest on Paul George‘s podcast P. On the show, the Sparks forward was asked about how Stephen Curry was as a kid, and Brink stated that the star has been the same over the years. Further, the 22-year-old revealed an unknown childhood incident about Curry.
We were splashing water on him and he pretended to melt like the wicked witch of the West.Cameron Brink said
For Brink, of all the times she has spent with Curry during childhood, this story stands out the most. The star referred to Curry as a theater kid for his silly personality and acting like a fool. Brink enjoys spending time with Curry, as she called him a ‘joy’ to be around.
Curry and Brink have shared a close bond over the years. The Warriors guard has also supported his godsister throughout her college career by attending games. As Brink is now playing in the WNBA, Curry also gave her some advice about the professional level.
Cameron Brink has never played one-on-one with Steph Curry
Brink has grown up with a lot of basketball talent around her, as her godbrother Steph Curry is one of the greatest shooters ever. The star is well aware of that, as she has never played a one-on-one game with Curry. Being highly competitive, Brink does not want to lose against the Warriors star.
On the podcast P episode, George asked if Brink and Curry have ever played a game of H.O.R.S.E. Brink revealed that the duo have played video games together but never basketball, and she also does not intend to do so.
I don't want to actually try on H.O.R.S.E. because I'm just going to get mad. If we shot, I would just give up. I'm competitive but like with him, I'm realistic. He's going to whoop my a**.Cameron Brink said
Unlike Curry, Brink thrives more on the defensive side of the court. The forward was named the Defensive Player of the Year in her final year of college. Brink is also bringing the same energy to the WNBA, as the forward had a total of five blocks in just her second game for the Sparks.
